A bit about the role…
- The Retail Sales Team represent The National Lottery to existing Retailers, supporting them to increase Returns to Good Causes, driving sales through store standards, Retailer Training, and retail estate management.
- Manage territory relationships within an assigned area to build strong retailer networks.
- Support retail and marketing plans, enhance in-store standards, and promote the commercial value of The National Lottery.
What you’ll be doing…
Strategic Delivery:
- Support the Annual Business Plan with key messages and marketing updates.
- Review objectives and collaborate across territories/divisions.
- Bring retail insights and innovative practices into Allwyn.
Execution:
- Achieve KPIs through territory management and store visits.
- Enhance in-store standards and retailer advocacy.
- Develop knowledge of your territory, retailers, and competitors to boost sales.
- Ensure retailer compliance with player protection via Retail Training Centre (RTC).
- Participate in Retail Sales Academy (RSA) for personal development.
What experience we’re looking for…
- Previous field sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Innovative mindset and strong sales acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with retailers.
- Face-to-face selling experience.
- IT literacy and numerical analysis skills.
- Ability to deliver training at all levels.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
