This agency is looking for a motivated Retail / Shopper Executive to join their team and help deliver outstanding retail and shopper marketing campaigns. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing brands to life in-store and beyond, creating memorable experiences that connect with shoppers and drive results.

As Retail / Shopper Executive, you\’ll support campaign planning, coordination, execution, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the wider team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. You’ll be based at the agency’s Maidenhead office, with visits to activation sites and warehouses for planning and logistics, and you’ll be on the ground during live activations to support delivery and represent the agency.

Responsibilities of this Retail / Shopper Executive:

• Support the delivery of multi-channel retail and shopper marketing campaigns.
• Help coordinate planning, logistics and day-to-day execution of campaigns.
• Assist with managing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Contribute to campaign performance analysis and prepare clear, insightful reports.
• Work closely with internal creative and production teams to help bring ideas to life.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting them with timely updates and problem-solving as needed.
