Você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar em projetos desafiadores, utilizando as mais recentes tecnologias de IA e automação para impulsionar a transformação de nossos clientes.
- Identificar, avaliar e priorizar casos de uso de IA em parceria com áreas de negócio e de tecnologia de nossos clientes.
- Conceber, desenvolver e implantar soluções de IA e Data Analytics utilizando abordagens de Machine Learning e modelos de IA pré-treinados para tarefas de automação operacional e analítica em diversas áreas de negócio.
- Desenvolver e otimizar agentes conversacionais (chatbots) e fluxos de trabalho automatizados utilizando plataformas de automação low-code/no-code e integração com serviços de IA generativa (ex: ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic).
- Integrar APIs REST e serviços externos para conectar diferentes sistemas e garantir a troca segura e eficiente de informações.
- Integrar capacidades de IA em aplicações convencionais de negócio.
Requisitos:
- Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimentos em IA Generativa, incluindo vivência com LLMs (Modelos de Linguagem de Grande Escala) e APIs de IA generativa (ex: OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Conhecimento e experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, não relacionais (NoSQL), vetoriais e de grafos (ex: Postgres, Redshift, MongoDB, Pinecone, Neo4j).
- Programação em linguagens como Python, R ou Java para desenvolvimento de modelos de IA e scripts.
- Experiência em automação de processos de negócio em plataformas como UiPath, Automation Anywhere, N8N, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Mendix, Outsystems, Power Platform) e ferramentas de chatbot (Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Landbot, etc.).
- Experiência com frameworks e bibliotecas de Machine Learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Llamaindex/Langchain).
- Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados e dashboards (ex: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense/Qlik View e Google Looker Studio)
- Experiência com integrações via APIs REST (consumo e criação), webhooks e formatos de dados como JSON.
- Conhecimento de plataformas de nuvem (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) para implantação de soluções de IA.
- Capacidade de comunicação clara com interlocutores de Tecnologia e de Negócio.
- Inglês avançado.
