Catastrophic Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – remote working
Location: Fully Remote

Join a nationally respected law firm that’s expanding its Catastrophic Injury team with three new positions, which all offer remote working. This is your chance to work on life-changing, high-value personal injury claims — all from wherever you do your best work with the flexibility to manage your day.
The role
The team advises insurers and corporates on high-value, complex work and has developed a reputation for handling landmark injury cases. You’ll:
- Manage multi-track catastrophic injury claims (£500K–£1M+), including RTA and EL/PL
- Draft strategic advice, attend JSMs, mediations and conferences
- Analyse complex medical/legal evidence and guide cases to successful resolution
- Collaborate with Partner-level support on brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury cases

However, they will also consider applicants from a claimant background as well as those with solid lower level multi track experience. As well as the above, they are also looking for:
