What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you\’ll play a key role in the repair journey—ensuring damage is assessed accurately and customers receive an exceptional service from start to finish:
Completing detailed vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
Communicating clearly with customers, insurers, and the workshop team
Managing estimates from initial inspection through to repair completion
Ensuring all work meets industry safety, quality, and compliance standards
Delivering results with professionalism, transparency, and care
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
ATA VDA accreditation (or currently working towards it)
Strong knowledge of Audatex and digital estimating tools
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
