We\’re looking for a dynamic, highly organised Receptionist & Office Experience Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our office, combining the warm welcome of a receptionist with the sharp coordination of an EA, the detail of an HR/recruitment admin, and the creativity of an events and facilities lead. This is far more than a front-desk role, it\’s perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and wants to be a vital part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reception & Office Hosting

Be the friendly face and voice of the business — welcoming guests, managing calls, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Maintain a professional, warm, and organised front-of-house environment.
Executive & Team Support

Provide EA-style support to leadership (e.g., diary management, travel, admin).

Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and internal communications.
HR & Recruitment Administration

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, right to work checks, and employee files.

Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
Events & Culture

Organise internal events, socials, and seasonal celebrations — from planning to execution.

Play a key role in building an inclusive, engaging office culture.
Facilities Management

Own the day-to-day management of the office space — suppliers, maintenance, H&S checks, and supplies.
