Are you a Security Operative with experience of warehousing or logistics? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress and grow your career? On the other hand, are you looking for security and wanting a role that can offer you full-time, guaranteed hours? Perhaps you are now looking for a new career direction, and have recently gained your SIA Licence?
We are currently recruiting for full-time a Gate House Operatives to join us at our site in Gotham. You will be working night shifts on a 4 on 4 off,12-hour shift pattern. You will be working 1900 to 0700 pne week and 0700-1900 the next.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £29,856 In addition, we offer 20 days holiday, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will ensure the safety of our staff, customer, contractors and visitors to our site
- You will be the first point of contact when arriving on-site and will induct all visitors in site safety
- You will check that only authorised vehicles enter the location
- Adhering to all health and safety rules around the facilities
- Perform periodic site patrols
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- You must have strong customer service skills, you are representing XPO on a visitors first contact with the site
- Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience of a similar position would be an advantage
