The Aspiration Group is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a motivatedBusinessDevelopment Executive – Events to drive growth and create new opportunities within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with a passion for sales, relationship building, and eventdevelopment. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure newbusinessopportunities in the events sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored event solutions.
- Research industry trends to identify new markets andbusinessprospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high standard of client service.
- Attend networking events and meetings to expandbusinessreach.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience inbusinessdevelopment, sales, or a similar role within the events sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
