Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Assembler Tester to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble high-quality peristaltic pump drives and heads, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Work within manufacturing cells, calibrate and test products per specifications.
- Implement LEAN principles to improve processes and eliminate waste.
- Follow official documentation, select components, and record test results.
- Ensure quality and report issues, manage materials via Kanban and ERP systems.
- Support team training, maintain a tidy work environment, and promote health and safety.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process validation, and 5S activities.
Skills/Experience:
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing and knowledge of Lean and 5S principles is advantageous.
