As an Assistant Manager within our Revenue Share & Royalty Audit service line team, you will be directly involved with the commercial workings of various industries, working closely with operational, finance, and legal teams at our clients and third parties. The role involves working across different global territories and languages, providing tailored contract-compliance services, with opportunities for international travel.
The role focuses on three core areas:
- Working with major Global Film & TV Producers and Studios on theatrical licensee reviews, royalty audits, and production cost grant certifications.
- Collaborating with well-known Brands and Intellectual Property Owners to maximize value from their IP, including merchandising programs.
- Supporting multinational Pharmaceutical companies by reviewing complex commercial agreements to ensure contractual compliance and maximize commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of third-party reviews and oversee a portfolio of audit clients.
- Solve complex technical issues and project manage client work.
- Lead and develop your team while also focusing on your personal development.
- Build strong relationships with your team, clients, and third parties.
- Participate in department initiatives, training, and new project pitches.
Candidate Requirements
The minimum qualification is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA). Additional skills include:
- Experience in developing work plans for complex challenges.
- Project management skills with effective communication.
- Understanding of complex contractual terms and their business implications.
- Experience with audit software, data analysis tools, and dealing with data analytics.
