Job Description
Are you passionate about data and performance-driven insights? Join our dynamic Slots Team and help shape strategic decisions across our product portfolio.
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll work closely with Regional Slots Managers to provide the data-driven intelligence that powers our revenue growth. You’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities, driving efficiencies, and helping us unlock the full potential of our player and venue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful reporting on product, player, and venue performance – including stakes, win, margin, and other key metrics
- Build and refine a robust reporting framework that enhances visibility and drives strategic decision-making
- Spot performance trends and translate complex data into actionable, commercially valuable insights
- Champion analytical best practices across the Slots team, empowering colleagues to make smarter, data-led decisions
- Track and evaluate the success of new products and campaigns, assessing ROI and shaping future developments
- Partner with suppliers to access and optimise third-party data sources
- Support wider business initiatives through ad-hoc projects that explore new revenue opportunities or cost-saving measures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar rolewithin the gaming industry
- Understanding of slots and gaming industry and the key performance drivers
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking and a customer-centric approach
- Results driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analytics
- Experience working with visualization tools to present insights effectively
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders, building trust and collaboration
