The Role and the Team
We’re looking for a CRM Lifecycle Executive to join our growing CRM team to help build, execute and optimise our multi-channel marketing campaigns across the member lifecycle. You’ll report into the Senior Lifecycle CRM Manager, and you’ll support the team in delivering automated and ad hoc journeys that engage, retain and re-activate our diverse member base – from NHS staff to first responders and beyond.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid campaign experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced, data-led environment. You’ll work with email, push and in-app channels (via Braze), get stuck into segmentation and personalisation, and help keep our journeys fresh, accurate and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging using Braze
- Support large-scale automated journeys including onboarding, renewal, and win-back campaigns
- Help maintain accurate, relevant content across all journeys, including updating offers and seasonal messaging
- Assist with tagging, segmentation and personalisation to ensure dynamic content appears correctly for all users
- Monitor performance of live journeys and help identify areas for improvement or testing
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product, Member Services, and Legal to ensure CRM journeys meet business and compliance needs
- Support campaign QA and end-to-end testing – especially for logic-heavy or segmented workflows
- Contribute to campaign reporting, helping the team understand what’s working and where to iterate
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a digital or subscription-based environment
- Hands-on experience with Braze CRM platform
- Comfortable with A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics
- A strong interest in lifecycle marketing, user journeys and improving customer experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a test-and-learn mindset
- Naturally curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Experience using HTML, Liquid or other scripting/personalisation logic would be beneficial but not mandatory
Our Culture
Our mission is simple – make heroes happy. Our members are the real-life heroes who keep us all safe, cared for, and thriving. It’s what gets us up in the morning and pushes us to go further, think bigger, and create something that truly matters. By focusing on their happiness, we create amazing experiences, deliver unrivalled discounts, innovative products, and world-class service.
We don’t just follow the usual path – we look for smarter, bolder ways to deliver real impact. We take ownership, move fast, and work shoulder to shoulder to build something special.
We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels they belong. Different perspectives and experiences help us grow, innovate, and better reflect the communities we serve.
We promote hybrid working, and value in-person collaboration so encourage time in our offices, where you can make the most of our fully stocked snack drawers – either the HQ in Leicestershire, or London, Holborn office. The frequency and office location will vary depending on the role and team. We aim to be flexible, but we aren’t able to offer fully remote working.
What We Offer
- Hybrid working and flexible hours
- 35 hour working week
- Free parking and EV charging onsite at HQ
- 25 days annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday, and a buy and sell holiday scheme of up to 5 days
