Hire Purpose is delighted to be partnering with ASHA & Co to recruit an Office Manager on a full time basis. ASHA & Co is a purpose led creative consultancy based in Cheltenham. Known for its values driven ethos and commitment to meaningful design, the studio now seeks an Office Manager who will quietly but confidently run the operational core of the business. This is a role for someone with poise and purpose who is a highly organised and service minded and who thrives on keeping things beautifully coordinated behind the scenes. From supporting the senior team and nurturing client hospitality, to managing contracts, suppliers, and studio operations, and being the first point of contact for this business, this will mean you are happy being in the office on a full time basis. Duties will include: * Updating and implementing new processes and procedures * Managing all external contractors, ensuring value for money * Overseeing all HR and Finance Administration * Acting as first point of contact for office both in person and on the phone and managing Health and Safety * Facility Management and maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment * Organising internal and external events To be successful in this role you will be: * Naturally hospitable, proactive, and composed * Confident across diary management, admin, HR coordination, and supplier liaison * Skilled at supporting senior leaders and proofing client materials with polish * Comfortable managing and updating processes * Strong attention to detail and a calm presence in a fast-paced setting Full job descriptions and benefits package will be provided to candidates shortlisted by Hire Purpose who will manage all applications.
