Account Executive (New Business) – Commercial Insurance
Albion Blake is partnering with a highly respected commercial insurance broker to recruit an experienced Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you\’ll enjoy true autonomy, strong support, and the freedom to build lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions
- Developing new business through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
- Building long-term client relationships based on trust, knowledge, and great service
- Collaborating with broking and support teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and maintaining accurate client records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an Account Executive or similar commercial insurance role
- A strong track record of client retention and new business development
- Solid understanding of UK commercial insurance markets
- Confident, consultative communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Comfortable using insurance systems and CRMs (Acturis knowledge is a bonus)
- Cert CII qualified or willing to work towards certification
