At Vertu Hyundai Bristolwe have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Manager to join us in a newly created role! If you would like to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, and be part of the growth and expansion planned for our dealership, then this could be the ideal role for you.
We are offering a basic salary of £30,000 plus a range of company benefits including colleague car purchase scheme and a share incentive scheme.
As our Sales Support Manager you will provide support to the Business Manager and Sales Manager by ensuring the time between order and handover is minimized, potentially to same day handover. You will finalise and ensure completion of finance documentation to the required standard and support the advertising of vehicles and retail merchandising.
You will liaise with customers to secure signature and documentation to facilitate delivery, follow up on finance acceptances, manage the dealership delivery dashboard and deal directly with customers on the delivery timetable. You will propose deals to the finance companies to support the securing of vehicle sales and act as the liaison between the Dealership and the Vehicle Admin hub and other general Sales Support duties as required.
The successful candidate will have high attention to detail and a passion for hitting targets to meet customer expectations. Ideally you will have experience in an administration or sales role from within the Motor Trade.
