This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant. Management Accounts Assistant – What will I be doing? This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety and who has the flexibility to adapt to suit the needs of the business with your meticulous attention to detail, a good head for figures and, ideally, 3 years experience within a Finance department. Some of the duties include. Credit Control. Monitor payments and issue reminder . Entering payments. Creating invoices / pro forma invoices Processing expenses Preparing payments runs for invoices & expenses Producing accounts (annually & quarterly). Collating figures for quarterly VAT returns. Maintaining the management accounting system. Administration of Management Companies. Any other duties that may arise from time to time in relation to accounting.
