Permanent
25 hours per week, Term Time Only
Monday – Friday – (flexible hours to meet service needs)
Based at: Coedffranc Primary School, Stanley Road, Skewen, Neath SA10 6LP
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements in relation to preparation and cooking in both large and small quantities for children.
You should also understand the application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations, working to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 Award in professional Catering, or relevant experience. Also, a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
Own transport is required for this post, which qualifies for the Council\’s casual car user allowance.
