As an IT Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company\’s IT infrastructure, enabling the business to operate smoothly and support its ambitious growth plans.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in IT operations and hardware management

Proficient in Android, Apple, Windows systems, and Google Workspace administration

Knowledge of network security and cloud infrastructure (AWS experience is a plus)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts

Organised, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities
