Job Summary
Park Holidays UK is looking for a dedicated Sales Receptionist to join our team. As a Sales Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while supporting our sales team with administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is highly organised. Your ability to manage both reception duties and sales support will be key to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they have a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or providing information as needed.
- Provide information to potential customers about our products and services, answer questions, and assist with scheduling appointments for tours or meetings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to view caravans or meet with sales representatives, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documentation, contracts, and invoices. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Update and maintain databases to ensure that all customer and sales information is current and accessible.
- Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for sales-related documents, ensuring everything is filed correctly and easily retrievable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordinate the receipt and distribution of deliveries.
- Respond to general inquiries about the park, its services, and amenities, providing helpful and accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks for other departments as needed, contributing to a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
