We have one of the largest full service Real Estate teams of any global law practice and are consistently ranked in directories worldwide. Eversheds Sutherland’s leading corporate real estate team provides intelligent corporate real estate advice on a domestic and international level. Our service combines pragmatic commercial advice with award-winning technological innovations tailored to your needs.
Role And Key Responsibilities
This is a 9 month fixed term contract and daily responsibilities will include:
- Upload and update documents from zip folders onto HighQ sites
- Tag documents accurately according to registration status and internal protocols
- Liaise with the Legal Tech team to ensure smooth integration and functionality of Collaborate
- Maintain document integrity and version control across platforms
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team, including file management and data entry
- Assist with ad hoc tasks relating to document organisation and technology-driven processes
Skills And Experience
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a real estate team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with document management systems (HighQ or Collaborate would be a bonus)
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-driven workflows
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
