About the role:

Pay Details: Qualified to City and Guilds level 2 (Core and Practice) or equivalent: Grade 4 – Β£24,790 pro rata, Β£12.85/hr.
Unqualified/working toward City and Guilds level 2 (Core and Practice): Grade 3 – Β£24,404 pro rata, Β£12.65 /hr.
Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays)
Hours of Work: Relief hours – 0 hour contract with the ability to pick up shifts as and when required
Working pattern: Relief
Shift times: 6.45AM – 2PM, 1.45PM – 9PM, or a 7am-7pm shift
Description: To provide personal, physical & emotional care in a residential setting for older people and older people who live with dementia. Work in accordance to agreed policy and process and contribute to care planning, review, accurate recording of information & administration of medication.

β€’ Experience of providing person centred personal care, support with acts of daily living and emotional support to vulnerable adults
β€’ Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
β€’ Willingness to participate in training and work toward a professional vocational qualification
