We’re currently on the search for Junior Bakers to join our amazing team at our busy artisan bakery in Bath.
No experience kneaded — just bring your passion, energy, and willingness to learn!
You'll get hands-on experience with everything from mixing dough to shaping, proofing, and baking real craft bread, the traditional way.
You will be perfect for the role if you:
- Have a passion for great quality food and traditional techniques.
- Want to learn the craft of baking.
- Don’t mind getting a bit floury — it’s a physical job!
- Are reliable, organised, and love being part of a tight-knit team.
Working Hours:
Day Shift : 11am – 8pm
Night Shift : 5pm – 2am
(You’ll work 5 days out of 7 — flexibility is key!)
