Job Description

Howdens is looking for a talented Systems Trainer to join our dedicated Learning & Development team, which plays a key role in supporting our Trade teams to deliver exceptional service. “How Do I” guides)\\n – Adapting your training style to suit various learning preferences and digital confidence levels\\n – Using internal tools like the Learning Management System (LMS) to record training activity and support performance tracking\\n – Building strong relationships in depots and acting as a trusted point of contact for systems support and capability building\\n – Providing feedback on training needs and content improvements to the Systems Training Team Leader\\n – Staying up to date with business priorities and system changes to ensure training remains relevant\\n – This is a field-based role requiring frequent UK-wide travel and occasional overnight stays.
