We’re looking for a Community Engagement & Social Impact Coordinator who shares our values and can lead the relationship-building, inclusion, and outreach activities that underpin our green skills programme.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with people and communities to remove barriers, increase access, and amplify local voices as part of the transition to a fairer, greener economy.
You will work alongside our training and consultancy team, helping to identify community needs, engage with stakeholders, and ensure that our delivery reflects the lived experience of the people and places we work with. You will also play a key role in measuring and communicating our social value and supporting collaborative partnerships with funders, employers, and community organisations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading outreach and engagement activities with community partners, learners, and stakeholders across targeted regions
- Developing inclusive, accessible pathways into green skills training and employment
- Supporting co-design of programmes with communities
- Tracking and reporting on social impact, testimonials, and social return on investment (SROI).
- Contributing to funding proposals and partnership bids
- Supporting ongoing learner engagement, including signposting to relevant services

- Knowledge of barriers to participation and inclusive practices
- Experience in capturing and reporting on key data (social impact, qualitative evidence)
