Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at the Birmingham offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.

As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. Your responsibilities include providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events, and handling other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone, and the service desk app.

Hours: 35 hours per week, shifts from 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:30 – 17:30

Salary: £24,336 per annum

Qualifications

Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills to build long-lasting relationships. The ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and manage their day effectively to balance guest needs with room bookings and events management is essential. Experience of delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is required. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
