We’re on the lookout for two organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistants to support our E-Commerce project team for a 4-week assignment.
You\’ll be diving into the digital world to help gather product images, datasheets, and other key content from vendor portals and the internet. It’s all about finding the right information, saving it in the correct format, and making sure it’s aligned with what our Supply Chain Manager needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Searching for product images and technical data online
- Downloading and formatting files to our specifications
- Organising and saving content in the right places
- Liaising with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure accuracy
