Your Role:
- Carrying out thorough inspections of damaged vehicles
- Creating accurate, detailed repair assessments using Audatex or similar systems
- Liaising with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure transparency and efficiency
- Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs are authorised and carried out to the highest standard
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and industry standards
What You\’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy bodyshop environment
- ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it) preferred
- Proficiency in Audatex and an understanding of current insurance and repair processes
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to quality and fairness
