Your Role:

  • Carrying out thorough inspections of damaged vehicles
  • Creating accurate, detailed repair assessments using Audatex or similar systems
  • Liaising with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure transparency and efficiency
  • Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs are authorised and carried out to the highest standard
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and industry standards

What You\’ll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy bodyshop environment
  • ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it) preferred
  • Proficiency in Audatex and an understanding of current insurance and repair processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to quality and fairness
