    What you’ll be doing:

  • Assessing vehicle damage and compiling accurate repair estimates using Audatex
  • Liaising with fleet partners, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth repair authorisations
  • Guiding and supporting the workshop teams with clear repair instructions and method files
  • Ensuring repairs are cost-effective, compliant with manufacturer standards, and completed on time
  • Maintaining detailed records and working to KPI targets in a fast-paced environment
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • Audatex trained/accredited (essential)
  • Strong understanding of repair processes and vehicle construction
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A customer-first approach and a drive to maintain quality and efficiency
  • ATA or IMI accreditation (desirable)
