Bring Green Skills Learning To Life
We’re seeking a creative and detail-orientated Digital Learning & Curriculum Designer to help us enhance our training offerings across sustainability, retrofit, and clean energy. From building engaging blended learning journeys to digitising course materials, you’ll play a central role in scaling and enhancing the impact of our learning programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing interactive, accessible content across multiple formats (e-learning, slide decks, workbooks, media)
- Working with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with real-world industry needs
- Leading course builds in our LMS (currently Docebo), optimising learner experience and interactivity
- Improving and updating existing materials to enhance accessibility, consistency, and learner engagement
- Developing meaningful assessments aligned with awarding body standards (e.g. SQA, NOCN)
- Championing user-centred design and digital innovation in learning
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience designing content for adult, vocational, and young learners, with a focus on adapting materials to suit diverse developmental stages and learning needs
- Strong instructional design skills and proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adapt, Canva)
- Experience using an LMS (Docebo or similar)
- Ability to simplify technical content and create engaging, inclusive learning materials
- Collaborative approach and a passion for impactful learning
- Shape the future of green skills and sustainability training
