What You Will Do:

Supervise and support a team of 4 Social Workers and 1 Assistant Practitioner.

Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Senior, overseeing daily operations and supporting urgent issues.

Lead safeguarding processes, manage court-related work, and make critical service decisions.

Implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery within Adult Social Care.

Serve as a key escalation point, resolving concerns with professionalism and clarity.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with statutory duties and service values.
