Marketing Manager

We’re proud to be partnered with Birds, a much-loved regional brand looking to level up its marketing with the addition of a talented Marketing Manager to its brilliant team. This truly is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the brands marketing strategy and execution during an exciting period of brand transformation.
One of the most recognisable brands in the region with a 105-year heritage and now 62 stores, all supplied by their very own bakery with products created using local produce and delivered daily to stores. Birds is embarking on the next stage of its journey and this new Marketing Manager role is crucial to the ongoing development of the brand and growth of the business. In return for your marketing prowess, you’ll have the chance to work as part of a really lovely and very talented team, within a business that has retained its family feel and values it’s culture.
What you’ll be doing;
As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the full marketing mix — from big-picture strategy to day-to-day activation.
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy across both in-store and digital channels with a focus on increasing brand awareness and driving footfall.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, PR, SEO, OOH, and local community partnerships.
- Enhance internal communication to increase staff engagement with marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Specialist, and work closely with trusted agency partners to bring campaigns to life.
