We’re looking for

A Client Relationship Manager to lead the customer relationship on our exciting new partnership with Joseph Joseph, based at our Rugby site.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the go-between for the customer, warehouse, and transport teams—ensuring seamless communication, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Managing the day-to-day relationship with the customer, acting as their primary point of contact
  2. Collaborating closely with warehouse and transport specialists to ensure aligned service delivery
  3. Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reviews with clear KPI reporting
  4. Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the site meets or exceeds budget targets
  5. Supporting regional sites involved in the customer’s supply chain
  6. Handling customer and operational escalations with confidence and clarity
  7. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
  8. Championing a strong health & safety culture across the operation
