HR Advisor (immediate start)

Role: HR Advisor for International Professional Service Business

Type: Temporary to permanent

Salary: 24-32k per year (hourly rate equivalent)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Case management of HR and ER cases
2. Advising on internal policies
3. Leading ER cases such as probation, absence management, dismissals, and employee requests
4. Employee relations projects
5. Maintaining Visa and Right to Work processes
6. Occupational health referrals
7. Policy inquiries
8. Assisting with exit interviews
9. Managing offboarding and pre-employment screening

Requirements:

• Previous HR advisory experience, including ER and case management
