Senior Support Worker Adult Supported Living
Atrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a supportive team providing care to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
As a Senior Support Worker, you ll help individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, budgeting, domestic duties, and community activities. You will play a key role in promoting independence and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Support service users with personal care, meal planning, budgeting, and household tasks

Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community-based activities
-
Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and care team to ensure excellent service delivery

Support development plans and implement care standards in line with CQC guidance
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
-
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
