The Job
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and special projects initiatives, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and contributing to our customer acquisition and retention efforts, particularly in relation to voucher schemes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing various administrative and data-focused tasks to empower our sales team and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data review for new sales opportunities.
- Support new B2B product sales and launch activities.
- Utilise Power BI for OMR data monitoring and submission support.
- Create and maintain process guides for sales functions.
- Support wholesale client engagement and order processing.
- Support collaboration with sales opportunities engaging with Planning, Finance, Business Development Build, and Marketing departments.
- Add, move and change tickets sales opportunity tracking
- Perform Voucher Export/Import reports.
- Update BDUK Voucher progress for reporting and analysis.
- Handle voucher requests and claims efficiently
- Co-ordinate sales voucher activities.
- Administer voucher customer validation emails and portal communication.

- Meeting Support: Schedule sales meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular sales performance reports, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service Liaison: Act as a point of contact for routine customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the sales or appropriate department.
- Order Processing Support: Assist the sales team with order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Pipeline Management: Support the sales team in managing their pipeline, ensuring opportunities are tracked accurately and progressed efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, DBeaver) and mapping software (e.g., QGIS) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholder
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
