If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Albert\’s Standish is a beautiful and stylish wedding venue in the quaint and picturesque village of Standish, now looking for a Weddings & Events Co-ordinator to join our fabulous team.
At the venue, there are three available event spaces: the Library, the Drawing Room, and the Almond Room. Each space is licensed for ceremonies. The Library, the coziest option, can host up to 40 for a seated wedding breakfast, 50 for a ceremony, and 50 for a drinks reception. The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 80 for a seated wedding breakfast, 100 for a ceremony, and 100 for a drinks reception. The Almond Room, the largest space, fits up to 150 for a seated wedding breakfast, 150 for a ceremony, and 250 for a drinks reception. All rooms are beautifully decorated with lights and have private terraces for outdoor enjoyment.
What you’ll be doing
As Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, whether corporate, social, or wedding-related.
You’ll conduct venue show-arounds with clients, demonstrating your knowledge of the venue, menus, and packages available.
You will communicate with the Operations team to ensure each event exceeds client expectations.
You will assist with organizing and participating in Wedding & Event Open Days and Wedding Fairs at the venue.
This role requires an enthusiastic, positive individual with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for going the extra mile for our customers!
