Responsibilities
- Define and implement project management strategies and methodologies across multiple projects and teams.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, translating business requirements into actionable project plans and ensuring successful project execution.
- Contribute to the overall project management vision and direction within the organization.
- Accountability for ensuring project completion within the specified scope, cost, and timeline while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations.
- Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, including IBM, client employees, and third-party vendors.
- Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with project management software, knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC),
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for project management and continuous improvement is essential.
- Extensive experience in project management and methodologies.
- Extensive team leading experience in a variety of different experiences i.e. Mixture of on/off shore delivery, rainbow team, staff augmentation, multiple squads virtually and co-located.
- Demonstratable evidence of strong commercial and financial management experiences.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change.
- Proven experience in leading project management initiatives and projects.
- Certified project management certifications i.e. PMI PMP and/or PgMP
