Assistant Shop Manager – Finway – 40 hours per week

£25,885 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £26,532 on a competency-based framework

As an enthusiastic people orientated Assistant Shop Manager you will make a positive impact to the community through the success and growth of our brand new furniture and home store – every sale supports a greater purpose within Keech Hospice!

This role offers 40 hours and requires you to be fully flexible, including weekends on a rota basis.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Promote Keech within the community and encourage customer engagement.
  • Optimise store space and regular stock rotation in line with company policy.
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Sign up new Gift Aid donations and process paperwork in compliance with HMRC regulations.

What You Need To Do It

  • Although retail experience is desirable it is not a necessity
  • Ability to build good rapport and be part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Great communicator with the ability to work on own initiative.
