Express Recruitment are representing an established company who are looking for their next Food and Beverage Manager. This person will be experienced in ensuring high guest satisfaction and optimising all aspects of F&B Operations while consistently achieving a high standard of on quality and efficiency.

This role offers a salary of £35,000 and has lots of room for progression, as well as being able to put your own stamp on the role, with long term career opportunities available.

  • Oversee all hospitality operations including bars, events, stock, staffing and security
  • Act as DPS and key holder, ensuring legal compliance, building security and cash handling processes
  • Manage casual staffing lifecycle recruitment, training, rostering, and performance within budget
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards across all service areas
  • Lead on event setup/breakdown, stock management, and developing service standards based on customer feedback

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in food & beverage operations within a large scale, busy hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing casual staff and acting as Duty Manager
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation including licensing, food hygiene, health & safety
  • Competent IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel; familiar with scheduling systems like Human Force
  • Holds or is willing to obtain relevant qualifications (Personal Licence, Basic Food Hygiene, First Aid, Fire Marshall)
