Training Strategies Ltd is a leading provider of Government funded Adult Education courses in the UK, offering Vocational Training, Apprenticeships, and Employability programmes. The vocational coaches at Training Strategies have practical experience in the sectors they teach and are committed to achieving the best results for learners. Training is work-based, with coaches visiting businesses monthly to support learners and assign additional work. We are a Grade 2 \”Good\” provider.
Role Description
We have permanent and self employed role available, with good rates of pay.
Qualifications
- Experience in the security industry and knowledge of SIA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials
- Experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in teaching / training.
- Relevant certifications in security training/
- TAQA or equivalent and relevant teaching qualification
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
