Overview
Accounts Receivable Assistant (Apprentice) role at MTC β Manufacturing Technology Centre. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Coventry with 36 hours per week. Salary: Β£17,000 per annum. Working hours are fully flexible with hybrid options available. This apprenticeship leads towards the AAT qualification with progression through levels 2, 3 and 4 over approximately 48 months.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, issue sales invoices and statements to customers.
- Handle customer queries and support preparation for year-end auditing.
- As you progress, take on additional responsibilities within the Accounts Receivable function to support the Finance team.

Training and development
Starting at AAT Level 2, progressing through Levels 3 and 4 with Kaplan, in partnership with Kaplan. You will study towards the AAT qualification while working, with a 48-month journey to becoming a qualified Accounting Technician.
Classroom-based learning at Kaplanβs Central Birmingham office is expected about one day per week. The company will cover reasonable travel costs for the duration of studies, including examinations if required.
