Job Description:
We are looking to strengthen our Admin Support team with an Administrator based at our Stepps office with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Office Manager, and your role will support our operational offices to provide a professional and efficient administration service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Arranging access passes and inductions
- Liaising with security for visitors
- Arranging printing access at sites
- Managing supplies such as paper, tea, coffee, etc.
- Supporting document management for Oz T and his estimating team
- Fire Marshall duties
- Carrying out work in accordance with Company Safety Rules, Health and Safety legislation, and Environmental standards
- Performing responsibilities to the required standards
- Assisting in implementing process, system, or behavioral changes as needed
- Performing any additional duties as the role requires
