Facilities Officer February 2025 Facilities Officer: Full-time, 37 hours per week Salary Range: £25,183 – £25,992 per annum Closing Date: 02 February 2025 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Salisbury City Council’s Facilities Department and be part of a small team who look after the Council’s buildings and other assets. You will be based at the Council’s recently developed Tollgate Depot where you will share an office with other departments from the Council’s Environmental Services division. About the role: * Experience in similar role that required literacy, numeracy and admin skills * Liaise and work with stakeholders * Experience of working in customer-focused roles and dealing with the public * Willingness to work in all weathers * Carry out inspections and physically able travel from site to site either by foot or bike * Excellent communication skills * Experience of working independently and cooperatively as part of a team * Experience of working to deadlines About you: If you are proficient in Microsoft Office and excel in building meaningful working relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, you're exactly who we need.
