An opportunity to play your part – We are seeking a talented Innovation Designer Lead to drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge innovation projects within Centrica\’s Digital Technology Services, focusing on user-centric solutions that advance our mission of building a greener, fairer future. To lead a team of innovation designers/product managers, orchestrating the end-to-end innovation process from problem discovery through to successful deployment of solutions. The Innovation Designer Lead will have deep knowledge and experience with design thinking, Lean start-up, and other creativity and innovation methodologies, as well as strong experience in ideation, prototyping, and product development.
