Overview:

As a Project Manager for Corporate Change within Vanguard’s European Strategic Services team, you will play a key role in leading a high-impact project for our European business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our operations and enhance outcomes for our investors.

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for the asset management industry and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working across teams and functions to deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a large-scale, cross-functional project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines and budgets.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation through to implementation—while maintaining a focus on quality and business value.
  • Oversee planning, reporting, stakeholder communication and change management activities to support successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Vanguard and with external partners where necessary, influencing key decisions and driving alignment.
  • Identify and proactively address risks and obstacles, escalating critical issues to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Where necessary, contribute to broader Strategic Services initiatives, supporting team priorities and delivering on shared objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in asset management or investment platform

environments.

  • Proven ability to manage a complex project and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, visual, and verbal—with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Project experience with retail investment platforms would be ideal.
