About The Role

ARO are an Enterprise Performance Partner. We are an award-winning IT Services and Solutions company providing our customers with sustainable competitive advantages by wrapping world-class cloud technologies in first-class service. Working across the ARO Collaboration division the role focuses on speaking to businesses to understand their Mobile, Telecommunications and Connectivity requirements .

The role of the Business Development Advisor is crucial to our success in building a diverse and profitable base of customers. A successful Business Development Advisor will generate opportunities to engage with businesses, allowing us to work with them to become a long-term trusted advisor. This role is Ewloe based with the expectation of limited travel to other offices to support Sales days.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate an average of 10 leads/meetings/appointments per month
  • Develop a pipeline of 20 new contracts end dates per week
  • Consistently make between 70 and 100 calls a day to achieve daily KPIs to secure meetings and obtain contract end dates
  • To understand a potential customers business and their plans on how technology will aid their own growth and development plans
  • Generate opportunities from calling data
  • Gain referrals and leads for additional products and services
  • Making sure CRM system is updated
  • To clearly demonstrate your ability to build a pipeline of opportunity in accordance with your targets

Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office.
