We are recruiting for permanent Dairy Farm Labourers for our client near Dorchester.
The role will be looking after young calfs on a farm so experience working outdoors in an agricultural environment with animal welfare is desirable. PPE provided
Milking Cows will be the prominent role, General Labouring, Washing huts, bedding up, cleaning, disinfecting and other duties around the site.

Full Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work:
Various shifts available:
Day Shift: 4am – 10am followed by a 2 hour break then 10am – 6pm (40 hours approx in a standard week) Can work 3 to 4 days then take time off.
Night Shift: 7pm -3am (40 hours approx in a standard week)
Shift pattern hours for full time staff is Monday to Sunday on a rota\’d shift pattern with two to three rota days off each week.
2 x 1 hour unpaid breaks during the 12 hour shift
Rate of pay £12.25 per hour with room for increases as skill set improves. Basic hourly rate will increase to £12.50 per hour following a successful 3 month probationary period.
Extra hours up to 55-60 hours per week also available with great opportunity to save due to low accommodation and travel costs.
