The Preconstruction Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline, creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications

The Preconstruction Project Manager\’s responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Coordination

Overall, thisrole is vital for ensuring that construction projects are well-planned and executed efficiently, setting the stage for successful project completion

Experience you need to be considered?

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
