Maintenance Assistant (Part‑time)

What you’ll be doing

  • Help manage Planned Preventative Maintenance carried out by external contractors.
  • Handle reactive maintenance tasks for the building, including general repairs, alterations, redecoration, and refurbishment work.

Skills & knowledge you’ll bring

  • Experience in general maintenance, repair or DIY (or similar).
  • Solid understanding of basic electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude with a flexible approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally at all levels of the business.
  • Basic knowledge of Facilities recording systems (preferred, but training will be provided where needed).
