razorblue role:

We are looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity to provide 1st line technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing technical faults and issues.
  • Responding to client queries and service requests.
  • Assisting with user rights, passwords, and accounts.
  • Handling basic security administration.
  • Diagnosing issues and explaining technical details clearly.
  • Occasional onsite visits to clients when needed.
