As a Senior Development Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring our wound care products continue to meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance. You’ll lead design control activities for product changes, support post-launch improvements, and contribute technical expertise to regulatory submissions and commercial initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in life sciences or engineering, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative approach. You’ll work cross-functionally across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to drive product excellence and patient outcomes.
What will you be doing?

Defining the overall strategy for product design, development, and manufacturing processes.

Collaborating with the NPD team and external partners to review and align on technical strategies.

Understanding customer needs to create product performance specifications.

Applying knowledge of materials and technologies to develop and assess technical solutions.

Creating and managing project plans to ensure timely delivery of design and manufacturing activities.

Ensuring compliance with relevant quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Identifying required scientific and technological support, resources, and skills for successful project execution.
